Shahr-e Jadīd-e Hashtgerd is a part of the town of Hashtgerd, also known as Hashtgerd New Town. Shahr-e Jadīd-e Hashtgerd is a newly planned and rapidly growing industrial agglomeration, that will be connected to Tehran by metro.
